Moor The Merrier Down On The Farm - Sunday Times Review

FROM the top of Hay Tor, the view is utterly breathtaking. All of Dartmoor seems to lie below you, with distant villages stitched into a patchwork of green, brown, purple and yellow.

Just across the way, about a mile as the buzzard flies, you can see a grey stone farm snuggled by the moor in splendid isolation.
