Dear Fi
We just wanted to put in writing how much we enjoyed our holiday with you at Holne Chase Hotel.
Although the setting and accommodation were lovely, it was by far the wonderful staff that you have that made it very special for us. So we thought I'd put in writing in particular, who these people were, and why they made it so special!
Nicola - she sold us the holiday. We found about Holne Chase from a website that directed us to yours. Then we called up Nicola who was such a fantastic sales woman and so natural with it. Within 15 mins we'd booked it all up, and she given us the numbers of places to go fishing, horse riding & eagle flying! All of which we did, and thoroughly.
Helen - she went out of her way every day to help us! In particular she arranged for the fish that we caught to be cooked in your restaurant. It was the biggest treat for us and our children to eat our own fish. She even washed the fish when we brought it back. She had such a lovely way about her.
Raol - the chef that made us fantastic food - and always did it with a glorious smile. He gutted the fish that we caught and cooked it beautifully. Every meal he cooked for our children was so tasty and healthy.
Sophie - our babysitter who the children wanted us to take home with us because they had so much fun with her!
Alice - a waitress who was so eager to please, she was a delight.
Thank you all very much for making our holiday so very special and we all look forward to seeing you, we hope in the winter
